Why I Started Break Free Men's Therapy

About Me

Hello! I’m Joseph Addy.

I provide individual, couples, and group therapy, helping men break free from destructive patterns, navigate major life transitions, and rebuild trust in relationships.

I specialize in addiction recovery, partner betrayal, anxiety, depression, shame, and identity struggles. I also support individuals facing spiritual abuse or a crisis of faith.

My approach integrates CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and faith-based principles to help clients achieve real, lasting change.

I’m a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) Candidate, training with the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP), founded by Dr. Patrick Carnes, a leader in sex addiction treatment.

I also offer 3-day intensives for men and couples seeking focused healing from addiction, betrayal trauma, and relational challenges.
